Valueguard forms Insurance Agency

Valueguard forms a new company called Valueguard Nordic Agency AB.

The company will work with marketing and sales of Valueguards insurance products business-to-business in Sweden and the Nordic countries.

Lars Anders Vilhelm Högström, is appointed CEO. Anders Högström was formerr CEO for Skandia International Insurance Corp.

In the board several well known names are found from the traditional insurance industry. Johan Bergenstjerna, earlier chief legal advicor for Skandia and Göran Svenäng with many years' international experience from the insurance sector.

Gunnar Roos is appointed Chief Actuary. He has worked within a row of insurance and reinsurance companies in Europe and today he is also active within fmFörsäkringsmatematik AB, an Actuary firm in Stockholm.
