About Valueguard

We base our services on a unique technology and the will to change the situation and the whole market for homeowners. Why would a family worry about general market decline at all? Our technology has been validated by independent expertise and a global patent application, protecting several fundamental aspects of the core technology, has been submitted in the USA and Europe. Valueguard plans for considerable growth during the next few years. Presently, we are developing products for the Swedish market and establishing cooperation agreements with a number of companies that want to strengthen their core business and to launch Valueguard’s products on the Swedish market.

Our objective is to create a totally new growth market. We are open to additional partners who want to contribute to changing the housing market.

Valueguard AB is a holding company that accumulates the founders' and key figures’ capital. Its field of activities is development of business, patents and trademarks.

Valueguard Technology AB (former Valueguard Holding AB)
Valueguard Technology AB is a subsidiary of Valueguard AB. It commercializes Valueguard business concepts by adapting Valueguard products and services to the market. Valueguard Technology AB holds all licensing rights to Valueguard products.

Valueguard Index Sweden AB
Valueguard Index Sweden AB is a subsidiary of Valueguard Technology AB. It is the operating company for the index and forecasts. It provides businesses and government agencies with housing price indexes and forecast data.

Our offer

We offer housing price indexes, analyses of the housing market in relation to one’s own business and sales support for financial products linked to the housing market. Our target includes both businesses and public actors.
